Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", whether individual or representing an entity) and Story Tattoos ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of the site or submitting an inquiry/booking, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will update the Last Updated date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

The site provides portfolio viewing, artist information, and a channel to request/confirm tattoo bookings. Availability, pricing, style recommendations, and timing are subject to change without notice.

Access from jurisdictions with laws that conflict with these Terms is at your own initiative; you are responsible for local compliance.

All artwork images, designs, code, text, logos, and graphics ("Content") are owned or licensed by Story Tattoos and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. The Content is provided "AS IS" for personal, non-commercial viewing.

You may not copy, redistribute, publicly display, adapt, or exploit Content without prior written permission except for normal browser caching or printing a single personal reference copy.

By using the Services you represent that you:

• Are of legal age in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate, current information in forms
• Will not use automated scraping/bots without consent
• Will comply with applicable laws and local regulations

Do not misuse the Services. Examples of prohibited conduct include:

• Harassing, abusive, defamatory, or hateful submissions
• Security interference, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access
• Uploading malicious code or attempting data exfiltration
• Commercial exploitation without permission
• Pretending to be another individual or entity

If you submit feedback, reference images, or other materials ("Contributions"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them solely for evaluating, designing, scheduling, or showcasing your commissioned work (with consent for public display). You warrant you hold necessary rights.

We may monitor, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at our discretion for maintenance, security, or improvement without liability.

We may restrict or terminate access immediately for violations (e.g., fraud, abuse, infringement). Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases; clauses intended to survive (IP, Disclaimers, Liability) remain in effect.

Service uptime is not guaranteed. We are not liable for downtime due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or external network problems.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam (without conflict-of-law principles). Applicable courts in Ho Chi Minh City have jurisdiction over disputes unless arbitration is chosen.

Informal Resolution: Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days.

Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes (excluding IP or injunctive claims) may be submitted to a mutually agreed arbitration body seated in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Proceedings in English.

We may correct typographical or informational errors on the site without prior notice.

Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. You assume all risk for use. We disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of fees you paid for bookings in the preceding 6 months or 5,000,000 VND, subject to mandatory law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from your misuse, breach of Terms, or violation of third-party rights, including reasonable legal fees.

Operational logs and booking data may be retained for performance, legal compliance, or record-keeping. Backups are periodic; ensure you keep copies of any materials you submit.

By interacting with forms or email you consent to electronic notices, agreements, and records satisfying legal writing requirements. Electronic signatures and confirmations hold the same force as ink signatures.

If any provision is unenforceable it is severed; remainder survives. No agency or partnership is formed. Our waiver of any breach is not a waiver of subsequent breaches.
